Tom Hearn

A William & Mary Alum, Tom went on to receive his MBA from UAB. Tom worked at Carolinas Heart Institute for a number of years before starting Decision Support Systems, a software company supporting the development, implementation and automation of clinical pathing methodologies in healthcare organizations, before selling the company to Cortex in 1998.  Tom went on to work for Medcath as a division president and then Novarus Healthcare as a managing Principal before joining FCA.
