Henry McNamara

Henry McNamara was a Principal at Great Oaks before becoming a Partner at the venture capital firm. With a double major in Economics and Environmental Science and a minor in Government and Legal Studies, Henry has a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College. With his wife Laura and their pug Penny, he resides in Tribeca. Henry likes to travel, play golf, ski, bike, and take pictures. He frequently enjoys watching and supporting Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. Henry was chosen for the 2021 Insider "Seed 100" and the 2020 Forbes 30 Under 30 for Venture Capital lists. In addition to his job at Great Oaks, Henry is a board member for Runway for Recovery, a charity that helps families and children afflicted by breast cancer by providing critical funding to relieve the burden and challenges of losing a caregiver to the illness. Henry attended Bowdoin College.
