Mark Saberola

Mark is a results-driven automotive industry professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in the automotive after-sales business. His expertise includes business development and marketing, general management of automotive service center, distribution center management, parts analysis, forecasting and sales, and managing supply chain and logistics channels. Mark’s professional journey gives him a vantage point to both sides of the automotive industry. His simple summer job installing bits and pieces of cars at the manufacturing plant of Ford Motor Company started the engine running. Patiently and diligently, he performed his role in creating cars for the motoring public. In the eight years that he was working for Ford, Mark fulfilled several functions. After installing car parts, he became Officer-in-Charge for its National Distribution Center, then Parts Supply and Logistics Senior Analyst, and eventually, Senior Business Development Analyst. He shares that those eight years prepared him for bigger roles after he decided to retire. Moving on, he became a consultant for a BPO pilot project., then as Business Development and Marketing Manager for an auto aftermarket company. He established his own company called SABER, a brand merchandising business. He also distributed the products of a British manufacturer of a range of car care and valeting items. Building ValuePlus from scratch in November 2013, Mark had designed its after-market auto service center business model and has recently expanded to Franchising. Mark graduated from Founder Institute, a Silicon Valley-based accelerator program. Along with his co-Founders created the platform AutoServed, which is the online platform that bridges the gap between customers and garages. The platform automates automotive servicing, to make it as smooth as possible so that car owners can focus on what they really need for their car maintenance, as the platform will already take care of it for them.
