Tess Rinearson

Tess Rinearson is on the engineering team at Chain, where she builds blockchain software. She’s worked on storage and protocol problems, but cares most about keeping engineering teams happy and productive. Previously, Tess was a full-stack engineer at Medium. The social graph service, which was Medium’s first service written in Go, was one of her projects there.
