Mike Roffler

Mike Roffler has been with First Republic Bank since 2009. He first joined the organization as the Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer before advancing to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2015. In 2022, he stepped into the position of Co-CEO (Acting) and President and joined the Board of Directors. Two months later, in March 2022, he was appointed to the position of CEO alongside his role as President and Board Member. Prior to his employment at First Republic, Mike worked at the renowned audit firm KPMG LLP for 17 years. Mike resides in the San Francisco area. He is an active community member and partakes in various philanthropic endeavors. He is a supporter and fundraiser for the Bay Area American Heart Association (AHA) and sits on AHA’s board. He has led the organization’s Heart Walk campaign since 2017.
