Arvind Rajan

Arvind is the Chairman of Cricket Health, which he cofounded in 2015 and where he served as CEO from 2015 to 2020. Cricket comprehensive kidney care provider with a personalized, evidence-based, and value-based approach to managing chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage kidney disease (ESKD). Before Cricket Health, he spent six years working with some incredibly talented people at LinkedIn, in a variety of senior leadership roles. Among other things, he led LinkedIn's entry into new markets all over the world, was LinkedIn's first VP of HR, and developed the company's China strategy. Prior to joining LinkedIn, he spent nine years (5 as CEO) of Grassroots Enterprise, a technology and services firm that built online grassroots marketing and influencer programs for companies, products and causes.
