Chirag Chotalia

Chirag joined Pritzker Group Venture Capital in 2013 and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Prior to Pritzker Group, Chirag held various roles at SV Angel (the San Francisco-based early-stage firm) where he focused on investing in consumer internet companies, and The Honest Company (the e-Commerce startup based in Los Angeles). Earlier in his career, Chirag worked at CVC Capital Partners, Europe’s largest private equity firm with $50 billion of capital under management and at Charlesbank Capital Partners. His portfolio responsibilities included Univar, Pilot Travel Centers, Aurora Organic Dairy and Papa Murphy’s Pizza. Chirag started his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on restaurant, retail and CPG projects. Chirag holds B.A. in economics and diaspora studies from Swarthmore College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in entrepreneurial management. Chirag is a mentor for the NewMe Accelerator , an immersive residential program for businesses led by under-represented minorities (African-Americans, Latinos & Women) in the technology industry.
