I’ve spent most of my career building and growing software companies—sometimes successfully, sometimes not. I started in engineering, but what really drew me in wasn’t just the code—it was the problem-solving mindset. That curiosity led me to co-found a software company, where I quickly learned that building a business is far messier than building a product. I made my share of mistakes early on: launching too fast, underestimating go-to-market challenges, solving the wrong problems. But each misstep became a lesson that I’ve carried with me ever since. Over time, I’ve gravitated toward roles where the path forward is unclear—where structure hasn’t been built yet, and success depends on asking the right questions before chasing answers. That’s where I do my best work. I specialize in early- and mid-stage challenges that require navigating ambiguity and building from scratch. That often includes: Product Development: Turning loosely defined ideas into focused MVPs, aligning teams around customer needs, and helping prioritize what’s worth building. Go-to-Market: Translating complex technology into clear business value, especially in B2B markets like healthcare, insurance, automotive, and energy—where the sales cycles are long, and trust matters more than hype. Financing: Making hard decisions about how and when to raise capital, and how to grow responsibly without losing sight of sustainability or customer outcomes. M&A and Strategic Partnerships: Supporting diligence and integration efforts, especially where product, people, and incentives need to be aligned for anything to work post-deal. I’ve worked across industries like healthcare, insurance, gov-tech, automotive, banking, cybersecurity, utilities, chemicals, and wellness—often in highly complex or regulated environments. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I’ve gotten better at figuring out which questions matter most. I still love the zero-to-one stage, and I’m motivated by helping teams go from idea to impact in ways that are thoughtful, efficient, and grounded in reality.
