Samuel Kwame Boadu is the Founder and Executive Chairman of SamBoad Holdings Ltd, a Ghanaian-owned investment and business development company overseeing a portfolio of brands across logistics, media, risk advisory, and community impact. His entrepreneurial journey began over a decade ago with SamBoad Ventures, a mobile money and agency service launched from a place of grit, resourcefulness, and a desire to build something of lasting value. What started as a survival-driven initiative has since evolved into a diversified enterprise with national reach. Today, SamBoad Holdings Ltd operates as the parent company of two fully owned subsidiaries: SamBoad Business Group Ltd – The operational engine behind four strategic ventures: SamBoad Express: A logistics company with partnerships including Bolt Food and DHL, supporting over 20 delivery riders. SamBoad Media Consult: A digital and PR agency serving brands such as Priority Insurance, Rokmer Pharma, Kofikrom Pharmacy, Berry Ladies FC, and others, with a growing team of creative professionals. SamBoad Risk Management: A commission-based risk advisory service offering insurance brokerage and compliance consulting. SamBoad Football Academy: A hybrid sports and mental health foundation focused on using football to drive youth empowerment and community wellness.
