Hayden Williams is a co-founder and the CEO of Treatings, a platform that enables its users to explore new career paths and meet like-minded people. Previously, he worked an associate and summer analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Arthur D. Little respectively. Williams also co-founded Simple Marketing Solutions and Innovative Property Solutions. In 2008, Williams obtained his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.
