Bruce Friedrich is co-founder and executive director of The Good Food Institute, a 501(c)(3) that promotes innovative alternatives to industrial animal agriculture, and co-founder of New Crop Capital, a $25 million venture fund that invests in companies that are using food technology to create products that will outcompete the products of factory farming. USA Today, the Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, and many other publications spotlight his work. Bruce has presented repeatedly at most of the nation's top universities, including Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, and MIT. Bruce graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown Law and Phi Beta Kappa from Grinnell College. He also holds degrees from Johns Hopkins University and the London School of Economics.
