Siobhan is a Communispace veteran, having built and expanded the business since 2000; she’s responsible for everything that touches the customer. As a member of the Executive Leadership team and head of Client Services, she is obsessed with supporting brilliant Client Services teams to do groundbreaking and business-changing work for clients, as well as making Communispace a strong company and fantastic place to work. During her tenure at Communispace, Siobhan has expanded the Client Services organization from a handful of people to more than 300 employees. She has been responsible for a variety of “firsts” that includes defining a corporate diagnostic tool to measure the health of client work, creating a customer satisfaction process and establishing the first version of Communispace’s “secret sauce” learning curriculum. (She is also known to have repaired copy machines and cleaned refrigerators.) Siobhan has worked with the full complement of Communispace clients across a wide range of industries — including and not limited to automotive, consumer packaged goods, financial services, greeting cards, healthcare, hospitality, media and publishing, non-profit, retail and toy industries . While it is difficult to remember life before Communispace, Siobhan spent a decade focused on brand experience consulting, managing large-scale, complex, global organizational change projects, and dabbling in instructional design as a Senior Consultant at The Forum Corporation, an $80 million training and consulting firm that specializes in corporate learning. While marketing and market insights are a current passion, her roots in organizational development and learning always remain close to her heart. Siobhan has a degree in Political Science and Business from Boston University and completed the Omnicom University Senior Management Program. She has also attended more seminars, conference and workshops on advertising, entrepreneurship, leadership, organizational learning, marketing, sales and technology than she can count, or remember. She has served on the Advertising Research Foundation Program Committee for several years, participated as a judge in the 2012 MassChallenge process and has been a guest lecturer at Boston College Carroll School of Management, Boston University College of Communication, Harvard Business School, Northeastern Graduate School of Business Administration, Emerson College of Communication, Business Development Institute and The Tobin School’s Junior Kindergarten. In her free time, Siobhan and her husband, John, have fun with their 9-year-old daughter, Maggie, and 11-year-old son, Liam. Siobhan is actively involved in Westwood town sports (as a fan and coach), is President of the Paul Hanlon School Parent Teacher Organization (as a volunteer) and is working toward a black belt in karate (currently a red belt). Once in a while, she also sneaks in some yoga or spa treatments.
