Lee Ainslie

Mr. Lee S. Ainslie III is a Managing Partner at Maverick Capital Ltd. He founded the firm in 1993. Prior to this, Mr. Ainslie was a Managing Director at Tiger Management Corporation. He was employed at KPMG Peat Marwick as a Consultant for that firm's National Director of Information Technology. Mr. Ainslie is a Vice Chairman and Director of the Robin Hood Foundation. He is a Trustee of the Episcopal High School and a Member of the Advisory Board of the University of Virginia's Alumni Association. Mr. Ainslie earned an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina, beta gamma sigma. He earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, a Westmoreland Davis Scholar and is a Thomas Pinckney Bryan Jr. scholar
