Mark Beyer

Mark Beyer is a German entrepreneur and marketing expert. He studied business administration in Frankfurt and at the UC Berkley & UCLA. Mark has been working and shaping the IT and online industry since 2000. He was responsible for the international market rollout of 1&1 Internet in the US and UK. He was also CMO & CEO of pipex / hosteurope Group based in London. After that, he launched Fotolia (Adobe Stock) in the DACH region. In 2008 he co-founded online storage provider humyo.com Europes biggest online storage provider which was sold for ca.USD 20m to Trend Micro in 2010. In 2009 he co-founded the online food ordering plattform Eatstar that was acquired by its competitor Lieferando.de in 2011. Mark was also founder and CMO of sleepz / Muchasa Germanys first and biggest sleep E-Commerce start up based in Berlin. He sold his shares to new owner bmp in 2015. In 2019 Mark bought together with the original founder lumas.com, one of the world's leading online art galleries.
