Prior to joining Zipari, Bill held senior positions in the Health Payer space for many years. He was Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer for Health Republic Insurance of New York. At the largest CO-OP Health Insurance Carrier in the nation, Bill led sales operations, broker relations, strategic sales planning and marketing. He designed, developed and implemented the sales methodology leading to the company’s growth from Start-Up to a Billion dollar revenue stream. Prior to joining Health Republic Bill was Senior Vice President of Sales at Easy Choice Health Plan of New York where he was instrumental in the launch of the company’s Medicare Advantage products. Bill also spent 8 years at Atlantis Health Plan as SVP of Sales. Atlantis was a Commercial Provider owned HMO focused on the Individual and Group Market. Bill has a deep understanding of customer engagement and retention strategies in the health payer world and has intimate knowledge of the challenges faced by the industry in the post PPACA healthcare landscape.
