Anne Worsoe

I work with early-stage technology startups and founders with ambitions to solve global challenges. I'm co-founder and partner at Farmhouse, investing primarily in Norwegian startups, and a venture partner at Antler, a global early-stage VC. Previously, I held the position as Portfolio Manager and Partner at B&B while the company scaled from 16 to 60+ people in three countries. I initiated and co-founded the co-working space Nordic Innovation House in Silicon Valley, explored new business opportunities in the renewables industry and I was the first CEO of the Norwegian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. I have experience as a co-founder, angel investor, member of the Board of Directors for startups and VCs, focusing on early-stage ventures, growth, and internationalization. I'm passionate about helping startups scale their impact, and especially empowering female co-founders and angel investors.
