Emily Fritze

Prior to joining the Westly Group, Emily Fritze was Director of Strategy at Powerhouse Ventures, a clean energy and mobility venture fund and innovation firm, where she helped conceive and raise Powerhouse's fund, source and evaluate investments, and manage Powerhouse's innovation firm including significant partnerships with leading energy companies. Prior to Powerhouse, Emily served as the Senior Director for Energy & Environment in the Obama White House, where she managed coordination of energy and environment initiatives. Emily has also served in policy roles to U.S. Secretary of Energy, Ernest Moniz, at the U.S. Department of Energy and in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords. Emily received her undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of Arizona.
