Carly Ayres

I’m a writer, designer, and now Program Director at AIR, where we back early-stage teams building design-led, culturally intelligent AI products. My background spans editorial, community, and product at places like Figma, Google, and CreativeMornings, as well as co-founding HAWRAF, a creative studio built on transparency and experimentation. At AIR, I work closely with founders shaping new interfaces, new behaviors, and new ways of working. I’m drawn to teams with a clear point of view and the conviction to follow it. I help them ask better questions, stress-test ideas, and find the narrative that resonates—whether that’s with users, investors, or future collaborators.
