Heather Meeker

Heather Meeker heads global communications at Zendesk, a leading customer service software company based in Silicon Valley. She is also the founder of Meeker Consulting Group (formerly MeekerQuinn), a boutique marketing and communications firm for technology companies that advises startups with go-to-market launch strategies. Heather’s career has been focused on bringing nascent products to market and promoting brands at the forefront of emerging technology through strategic communications and creative growth campaigns. She began her career at one of the first Internet service providers, transitioned to working with well-known dot-coms, promoted search before Google was a household name, and launched one of the first mobile apps on the iTunes App Store. Heather translates complex technologies into concise concepts and creates compelling stories that demand attention in a saturated media landscape. Heather has led communications, marketing, business development and digital strategy for technology companies including EarthLink, Stamps.com, Move.com, Yahoo, Whrrl (acquired by Groupon) and textPlus.
