Thomas J. Stephenson

Prior to founding Verge Fund, Thomas Stephenson had been a General Partner of various funds of Murphree Venture Partners, after serving as the Director of Education and Research for the Austin Technology Incubator (ATI), a world-recognized leader in fostering the development of high-technology start-up companies. Mr. Stephenson also worked summers during college at Los Alamos National Laboratory. In addition to serving as the Managing General Partner of all the Verge funds, Stephenson was the lead Principal in Wellkeeper, which exited in September of 2014. He also serves on the board of Verge companies Altela, boomtime, Slipstream and TruTouch Technologies. He co-founded and serves as the CEO and Chairman of Verge portfolio company Pajarito Powder.
