USS has a passion to solve real-world problems using Technology. Having cut his teeth in programming working for Cognizant in formative years and customers such as First Data, USS became an expert at developing applications handling massive amounts of sensitive data in DB2 running on the IBM Mainframes and AS/400 servers. Soon, realizing the unlimited possibilities that came with the Internet, he co-founded a company where he built a sleuth of Web-based applications for customers in the US, Europe, Middle-East, South East Asia and India. During this period, he often worked on multiple projects in parallel and gained expertise in rapid product development using best-of-the-breed technologies and integrations with the ERP systems. One of those products eventually became a leading Point of Sale application for the US short-term finance industry and #1 choice for the top-25 Industry players due to which he had to relocate to the USA. He then moved to the Bay Area in search of next big challenge and joined Konica Minolta as its Principal Incubation Lead in their flagship Business Innovation Center based in the Silicon Valley. At BIC, USS played a key role in performing technology due-diligence for the Technology startups before business decisions were made. USS then joined LucidAct bringing in his expertise in designing and developing highly secure and interoperable Applications that can massively scale and earned recognition as a Co-founder.
