Michael Stephan

Michael Stephan worked for over 15 years in leading positions in the digital industry and venture capital industry. For five of those years, he worked as General Counsel of a leading German venture capital company and directed the capital market part of a bank for two years. Michael Stephan was co-founder of two start-up companies that had successful exits. He also worked as a division manager at Payback and CEO of two e-commerce companies. Michael Stephan studied law in Berlin and Cologne and is a qualified lawyer.
