Scott Dylan is the Founder of NexaTech Ventures, a venture capital firm based in Dublin and California with a €120 million fund dedicated to supporting early-stage AI and technology startups. A visionary entrepreneur and investor, Scott has built a diverse portfolio, emphasising the power of innovation and strategic growth in sectors such as AI, healthcare, finance, and logistics. Prior to founding NexaTech Ventures, Scott co-founded Inc & Co, where he played a pivotal role in acquiring and turning around distressed businesses. Under his leadership, Inc & Co successfully transformed several companies, including Knomo London, Skylab Agency, Thailo, and Baldwins Travel, into sustainable and growth-oriented enterprises. Scott’s strategic vision also led to notable exits, such as Wood for Trees, MyLife Digital, and Laundrapp. Scott’s entrepreneurial journey is rooted in a multidisciplinary approach, combining his background in creative industries with a legal foundation from The Open University.
