Calvin McElroy

Mr. McElroy has served as the founder and CEO of CLM Associates since 2002, which has provided corporate advisory services related to; strategy, business growth, M&A, executive management, governance and corporate finance, to various clients. He currently serves as a Director and Chairman of Cquay Technologies Corp., and as a co-founder and Executive Counsel member of the Equity Crowdfunding Alliance (ECFA) of Canada, where he also co-chairs the Issuer Committee. He has experience as a C-level executive, officer and board member, as well as in operational roles as a divisional executive or senior manager with global, $1B + technology companies including Intergraph, Oracle, Wang Labs, and SHL Systemhouse (EDS). Mr. McElroy is also a serial entrepreneur and since 1995 has been involved as founder, co-founder, or early stage corporate officer and advisor in six startup ventures. He is a proven team builder, business leader and visionary, with an excellent track record in growing and managing product and service businesses, within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry. He graduated in Computer Engineering Technology, from Red River College, in Manitoba.
