Ilan Israelstam

Ilan Israelstam has spent the past 15 years focused on the financial services and start-up space. He worked at the Boston Consulting Group, in Sydney and New York, as a member of their Financial Services practice. His background in venture capital came through his earlier involvement in setting up one of the first venture capital firms in Australia. He has been with Apex since 2007, during which time he has worked on the set up and growth of BetaShares, and spent extensive time with various early stage investee companies of Apex. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from UNSW. He is also developing a reasonable size collection of limited edition sneakers - He is starting to get his kicks out of kicks!
