Since starting very early in my career (I skipped University) as a consultant across many industries (telecoms, manufacturing, luxury brands, professional services, etc.) and countries (UK, EU, AsiaPac), I have advised CEOs and senior executives HOW to build the roadmap for the delivery capabilities and the change management needed to sustainably achieve the business results they targeted, including delivering on: # Developing the Digital talent needed in the leadership teams, across the organisation, and its Digital teams (with modern IT, Agile, Data, and AI skills), # The operating model for cross-functional teams to perform, innovate & operate faster, # A cloud-first, safe, economical, and scalable "Tech Stack": for use across the organisation, and enabling self-service innovation for scaling faster, # Unleashing the power of Data with Data Teams, Platforms & Data Products to consume across business units to improve decisions, operations & experiences, # Scaling Adoption to capture as much value as possible from the digital solutions and managing the transformation progress. While building those long-term capabilities, my journey has been marked by leading the delivery of a variety of pioneering achievements and solutions, most often in partnership with startups, investors, universities & industry leaders (see more in my profile below). What am I working on now? With AI we now can deliver on the ideas we've had over the last 20 years, solve many of the inefficiencies and opportunities, and consider the impact of AI on business models.
