Barry Collier is a serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience building award-winning products and platforms that have been used by hundreds of millions of people across the world. Barry currently serves as the co-founder and Head of R&D at DRINKS (drinks.com), where he drives strategy and innovation for the DRINKS platform and data science initiatives, including its patented PAIR (Predictive AI Retailing) technology. Prior to co-founding DRINKS, Barry served as the founding CTO for Hydra, the $100mil+ digital ad platform (acquired by Adknowledge in 2010), as the co-founder and CTO of Urbaniacs (acquired by Brandissimo in 2007), and as the first lead engineer hired by NeoPets in 2000, where he led the team that scaled the site to over 30 million players in just over 2 years. Barry is a builder at heart, driven by a natural curiosity and a strong belief in the disruptive power of entrepreneurship, and is an active mentor, advisor, and angel investor in more than 30 startups.
