Daniel Povitsky

Dan is a Partner at Vine Ventures based in NYC. Previously, Dan was a Vice President on the Sinai Ventures team. Before joining Sinai, Dan was an associate at TA Associates in Boston, where he focused on investments in growth stage technology companies across software, internet, and advertising. Dan helped lead TA’s $215 million investment in MRI Software, a real estate property management and accounting software company, following which he sourced and executed three acquisitions that expanded MRI’s geographic and product footprint. Dan began his career as an investment banker in Credit Suisse’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications group, where he helped take Workiva, a financial reporting software company, public on the NYSE. Dan graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Economics. He is based in New York.
