Edward Zimmerman

Ed is a venture lawyer and co-founded and Chairs the Tech Group at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, a leading law firm. During his more than 20 years at Lowenstein Sander, he has represented hundreds of start-ups, growth companies and venture funds. He has angel invested in roughly 50 companies and invested as an LP in more than a dozen families of venture funds. Ed has taught VC to MBA students at Columbia Business School for 8 years, has published more than 60 columns on venture/tech (and sometimes wine or music) on the ACCELERATORS page of the WSJ and founded and runs www.VentureCrush.com which includes FIRSTGROWTHVC and AngelVineVC.
