Varun has almost 9 years of experience working with KPMG, where he worked on Assurance and M&A advisory for large corporates and marquee private equity firms. He has advised clients on over 50 M&A transactions including cross-border transactions in the US and Europe. His sector experience spans industries such as IT, Telecom, Telecom, BPOs, electronics, media, healthcare, infrastructure and engineering products. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an honours degree in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi. He is an MBA from IESE Business School, Barcelona.
