Chris Marks

Chris has been investing in early stage technology companies and working with entrepreneurs for over 15 years.Prior to Firebrand, Chris was the Founder and Managing Partner of Blue Note Ventures, an early stage venture fund investing in great technology companies and serving entrepreneurs committed to authentic leadership. Before launching BNV, Chris was a partner at Tango, a private investment company located in Boulder, Colorado. He also served as a Partner at High Country Venture, the general partner of Colorado Funds I & II, venture capital funds investing in early stage companies located in Colorado.Prior to his work in venture, Chris was a lawyer in the Denver office of Hogan & Hartson, where he practiced corporate law and represented various private equity firms and early stage companies raising capital.
