Alexander Gladney is the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Capital Health, a leader in progressive, quality health care services. He joined the Capital Health team in 2008 in the office of General Counsel, from which he was quickly recognized for his hard work and promoted to Associate General Counsel. In this role, Alexander Gladney was responsible for managing complex litigation cases and advising other departments on all matters of legal issues and concerns. Previously, Alexander made his name serving as a public advocate in the Executive Cabinet of New Jersey and a legal consultant for Exelon. He plays an integral role in both the restructuring and realigning of strategic planning, operations, marketing, finance, and regulatory affairs. While Alexander Gladney is skilled in many areas, including real estate law, contract law, and voting rights law, his expertise in corporate and commercial law is the focus of his extensive experience. A graduate of Georgetown University, Alexander Gladney earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Fine Arts. He later went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They offer a highly-rated law program and frequently top the charts in national ratings, with a particularly strong reputation in Trial Advocacy. The Temple University James E Beasly School of Law is a prestigious institution. It is currently ranked as the 50th best law school in the nation, and 2nd in Trial Advocacy training. Alexander Gladney is proud to hold a Temple degree, and puts it to use each and every day across his successful career. Alexander now resides in the greater New York area and serves the Capital Health community in Trenton, New Jersey. Alexander is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
