Anthony Grullon

Anthony Grullon is a Wharton MBA graduate and entrepreneur residing in New York City. He has a strong track record in launching startups, advising Fortune 500 companies, and engaging in mission-driven ventures. Raised humbly, Anthony is dedicated to providing better opportunities for others through his career. Anthony's academic journey began at The College of New Jersey, where he excelled, earning prestigious scholarships and graduating with a degree in Management Science and Engineering, and a minor in Computer Engineering. He later earned an MBA from Wharton in 2020. While an undergraduate, Anthony co-founded The E.C., a retail startup supporting disadvantaged students, winning the 2013 MAYO Business Plan Competition. He then worked as a Senior Analyst at Hudson’s Bay Company, improving efficiency and profitability. At Alix Partners, he further honed his consulting skills, managing revenue optimization projects for major retail brands. In 2019, Anthony co-founded Forage Technology Corporation, a mobile grocery app aiding economically vulnerable families. He also worked in investment at Kapor Capital, supporting tech startups focused on low-income communities. As Chief of Staff at EarnUp, Inc., Anthony led strategic initiatives and a significant Series C fundraising. Anthony's skills include programming, public speaking, and strategic planning. He is active in nonprofit work, mentoring youth, and enjoys hip-hop, cooking, and indigenous Caribbean history.
