Kim has over 25 years of experience as an owner and CEO in the testing, engineering, and systems certification industries. She provides the vision, leadership, and operational directives that keep the JobFLEX team moving forward. Kim has worked in the automotive, IT, medical device, electronics and consumer goods industries specializing in growing small businesses, start-ups and acquisitions. Her software and systems expertise includes custom software as well as off-the-shelf applications ranging from small business to multi-billion dollar international companies.
