Mike Ettling

Mike Ettling is the Board of Directors at HiBob. Mike Ettling is the Operating partner of Advent International. He previously worked at UNIT4 as CEO. Mike Ettling attended London Business School. He was appointed a Non-Executive Board Member in 2017. Mike is a Masters in Finance graduate with over 20 years’ experience of executive management, particularly in the technology and HR Software as a Service sectors. Most recently he was the President of SAP Success Factors, the HR Cloud software business for SAP SE. Prior to this, Mike was Chief Executive of NorthgateArinso, a global HR services company. He has served as Vice President, Global BP Strategy and Operations with Unisys and started his career with KPMG and EDS. Mike is also a Director of NCC PLC in Manchester, Impellam PLC in London, and Business Connexion Limited in Johannesburg.
