James David Vance

J.D. Vance is the Co-Founder and Partner of Narya Capital, an investment firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Vance previously served as a U.S. Senator from Ohio, having won election as a Republican in 2022. He is also a contributor for National Review and an author for HarperCollins Publishers India. Vance graduated from Ohio State University and Yale Law School. He began his career in the U.S. Marine Corps, later working as a Litigation Associate at Sidley Austin and as a Principal at Mithril Capital Management.
