Henry Gendt is a real estate and technology investor whose experience ranges from Multifamily and Single Family Rental (SFR) real estate acquisitions on behalf of family office and private equity investment firms to venture capital investments with In-Q-Tel, the strategic investment arm for the US Intelligence Community. Henry also helped restructure, reorganize and double the lending capacity to $60 billion of the US International Development Finance Corporation, which provides project finance debt and equity capital to investments in emerging markets around the world. Henry began his career as an investment banker at Evercore Partners in NYC, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. He received his B.S. and B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania as part of the dual degree Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business and his MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
