Sabrina Castiglione

Sabrina joined Tessian (then CheckRecipient) in 2016 to run all operational and finance functions, including Finance, Legal, People, Talent, IT, Facilities & Information Security. Tessian exited to ProofPoint in December 2023. In 2022, Sabrina joined Pento as its first Chief Operating Officer to run G&A functions and drive operational excellence across the company. Pento exited to HiBob in February 2024. In 2024, Sabrina joined Omnea, where she'd previously been an Angel Investor and Advisor, as CFO/COO to run G&A and Operations. An Imperial College alumnus holding a masters in Chemistry with a focus on physical and analytical chemistry. Sabrina’s professional background began in pensions actuarial and the institutional investment space, before joining Tessian. Sabrina is an angel investor, and an early stage operator in VC-backed companies, whose personal focus is on creating systems and cultures that work smarter and work pragmatically with the reality of hard-working individuals in fast-paced environments.
