Jorge Conde is the General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. Jorge was the Chief Strategy Officer at Syros Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:SYRS) and has served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Product Officer. Jorge previously launched Knome as founding Chief Executive Officer with George Church, Professor of Genetics at Harvard Medical School. Jorge has worked in marketing and operations at MedImmune, as a venture capitalist at Flagship Ventures, and as a biotechnology investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Jorge serves as a board member of the Museum of Science, Boston. He was named to the "TR35," one of the top 35 young innovators in the world, by the MIT Technology Review. Jorge holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Science degree from the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology (HST), and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Johns Hopkins University. Jorge was named a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute in 2015.
