AJ Dye

AJ sources and manages investments for Iron Gate. Prior to Iron Gate, AJ led originations in the Rocky Mountain region for Pacific Western Bank and spent six years with Delta Electronics Capital, a corporate venture capital firm, where he led investments & M&A in the US. He also worked at Innovation Capital, an investment bank, for four years. AJ was named a Carolina Venture Fellow at SJF Ventures. He earned an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and BSBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder. AJ joined Iron Gate in 2019.
