Sally Hatcher

Being a serial entrepreneur — growing companies, generating and executing on best-practice ideas, and being part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of people — is my passion. Prior to working with Kindara I co-founded two companies including a laser / opto-electronics design and manufacturing company. Starting in the garage, we shipped high-volume product to China, and grew to a 50+ person, highly profitable venture before selling for a great multiple. My second company focused on point-of-care medical diagnostics, using laser-based waveguide systems to detect up to 80 biomarkers at once. My business and law background comes from my time as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and an Assistant Attorney General for Colorado. Kindara's mission of providing data-driven support to women is powerful. We are on the cutting edge of mobile health, hormone monitoring and connected devices, which will allow people to understand themselves better, and bring that data to their doctors. I enjoy designing the systems, financing growth through equity and debt, building infrastructure, capturing revenue streams and developing the team to bring that mission to fruition. When I'm not at work, I love being a "connector" in the community, throwing pots, explaining Calvin & Hobbs to my kids (generally followed by a bike ride to Glacier Ice Cream), and dreaming about the cool new things that Kindara can do.
