William Herrmann

Prior to establishing Wilshire Phoenix, Bill was with BNY Mellon (BNYM) for 10+ years across several global teams, most recently as Vice President of Dealing and Trading. Throughout Bill's tenure at BNYM, he managed a credit risk portfolio of over $10Bn and led in the closing of 100+ large-scale corporate deals (structured credit, derivatives, and restructurings). Bill also managed teams, oversaw projects, and led bank-wide initiatives. In addition to his responsibilities at Wilshire Phoenix, Bill advises numerous companies and proudly serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS), and as a Director for the Hedge Fund Association (HFA).
