Sven Jensen

Sven Jensen is President of Personal Comfort Systems, and brings with him a wealth of experience founding and running prior technology companies. Sven previously founded Bidzy (a TechCrunch Disrupt finalist) as well as reMatch Sports. Bidzy was a technology marketplace (web, iOS, Android) connecting local service businesses to consumers with confirmed purchasing intent. reMatch Sports was a digital and physical retail platform for sporting equipment. Prior to launching his entrepreneurial career, Sven spent 7 years in a variety of finance roles. He helped manage $4.5 billion dollars at Blum Capital in San Francisco. At Allen & Company in New York City he managed a merger arbitrage fund investing across international markets. Sven started his career at Merrill Lynch in their Technology Investment Banking Group after graduating Cum Laude from Cornell University. Sven has been leading Personal Comfort Systems since the beginning of 2016 and runs all day-to-day operations. He grew up in Cape Town, South Africa before immigrating to the US for college and obtained his US citizenship in 2013. Sven holds a BS in Applied Economics and Management from the Cornell University and has previously held advisory roles at CurrentTV, Kinetic Concepts, Electronics for Imaging, PRGX, Regency Centers, and Simon Property Group.
