Leah Callon-Butler

Leah Callon-Butler is a leading player on a team that's helping provide the adult-media industry with the same level of trust and security that other industries take for granted. She's Engagement Director at Intimate (token: ITM), a company that provides transparent, non-corruptible payment and identification protection to all segments of the adult entertainment industry by means of an open, distributed, Ethereum-based trust mechanism. Callon-Butler pioneered an award-winning community solar initiative that deployed $6.5 million in solar technologies at significantly reduced costs, with take-up that includes 124 hot-water systems, 14 heating/cooling systems, 525 MW of solar power, and (having exceeded the 500MW target) a projected 1000 MW by 2020. Callon-Butler has achieved sustainable-growth successes as a manager, department head, founder, and CEO for a wide range of other industries as well, including media and advertising, HR, and SaaS. She actively supports a global non-profit that provides economically disadvantaged women with professional attire, a network of human support, and career-development resources to help them thrive. Callon-Butler has an MBA and Bachelor of Communication from University of Technology Sydney.
