Patricia Grospiron

As Network Director, Patricia Grospiron is responsible for managing the deal flow processes for 18 Northeast Ohio entrepreneurial support partners. She also ensures Network participation in metrics tracking, and manages the communication of the Network’s performance against state goals. Patricia previously worked at Ohio Aerospace Institute (OAI), where she had extensive experience managing several federal and state-funded programs. She served in several key positions during her time at OAI, including, marketing director, Senior Program Manager, and Director of Technology and Innovation Partnerships. Patricia is experienced in all phases of program management, including business development, team formation, proposal support, program execution (contract administration, reporting close‐out) and cultivating customer relationships. Patricia was previously a member of the Economics Technical Committee of American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. She has also served as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Cleveland’s French American Chamber of Commerce and as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Lakewood Community Care Center, a private non-profit childcare facility in Lakewood, Ohio. Patricia received her MBA from Cleveland State University and also holds a Master’s Degree from the Graduate Business School ESC Clermont-Ferrand, France. She is a graduate of Cleveland Bridge Builders, Class of 2012.
