Marc Rutzen

Marc Rutzen serves as co-founder and CEO of HelloData.ai. Marc spent the first half of his career in real estate development, brokerage and consulting before launching Enodo — a predictive analytics startup that utilized machine learning to automate the real estate investment underwriting process. After Walker & Dunlop (NYSE: WD) acquired Enodo in 2019, he led the company’s data science, product, and customer success departments as SVP of Information Technology before being promoted to Chief Product Officer. As part of W&D’s investment in Fortress Property Management Software, Marc also worked as CMO and CIO with Fortress to help accelerate their inbound marketing and machine learning initiatives. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and is a licensed Managing Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois. Outside of work, Marc likes to run, read, and spend time with his three (with a 4th on the way!) children.
