Sajan Pillai is CEO of UST Global. A farsighted leader and an innovation agent, Pillai has an inimitable view of how technology can change the world. His vision has made him a trusted partner to the national leaders of Mexico, Spain, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Rwanda, Panama, Costa Rica, Russia and Kazakhstan and he is in discussions with many of them to establish digital and technology centers in their countries. With an extensive background in information technology, and nourished by the power of technology, Pillai has held several senior management positions in the software industry. He has also architected and managed several large software systems for MCI Telecommunications, U.S. Pillai also hold patents in internet computing and data systems. His inspiring leadership has seen UST Global growing leaps and bounds and he is today leading the organization into the digital era. He led the company’s founding team in 1999. From 20 employees back then, there are more than 15,000 employees today, operating in 21 countries across North America, Asia and Europe.
