Dan Blake

A Madison native who returned after stints in Chicago and Denver, Dan most recently was director of the Wisconsin Angel Network, a non-profit focused on facilitating angel and other early-stage investment activity in Wisconsin. Previously, Dan worked at Epic, where he focused on installing revenue applications for healthcare customers including major academic systems. (Digital) Ink also runs through Dan’s veins as he spent a number of years as a reporter and web producer at the Chicago Tribune, covering politics, crime and courts in an always busy news town. Dan has guest lectured in several college courses, among them communications, journalism and entrepreneurship. He holds Journalism and English degrees from the University of Iowa and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Denver.
