Jay Ganatra

Jay focuses on originating and valuing the firm’s secondary investments. Prior to joining Industry Ventures, Jay worked at Sabre Holdings in its Corporate Development group. At Sabre, Jay worked on the company’s M&A and capital markets activities alongside the firm’s private equity sponsors, TPG and SilverLake Partners. Prior to his career with Sabre, Jay worked as an Analyst at Cogent Partners, a secondary market intermediary. At Cogent, Jay worked on numerous secondary market transactions and was involved in valuation analysis and transaction marketing. Jay earned a BS in Economics and an AB in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
