Constanze Buchheim

Constanze Buchheim is a pioneering entrepreneur in Germany's digital economy and is regarded as a thought leader on the subject of "future leadership“ with a focus on building intrapreneurial cultures. For 15 years, she has been building and transforming digital teams in the new & old economy. In 2009, after having experienced the hypergrowth of spreadshirt and understanding that there is no market solution for companies in scale up situations, she founded the executive search consultancy i-potentials as an entrepreneur for entrepreneurs. As an advisory board member, angel investor and sparring partner, she prepares serial entrepreneurs and boards for the strategic challenges of future-proof leadership, recruiting and organizational and cultural architecture. In 2015, the Boston Consulting Group and "Manager Magazin" named her one of the 50 most influential women in German business. In 2020, she was selected by Focus magazine as one of the 100 Women of the Year.
